For the second year running the JR Board of CARC gathered nearly 70 supporters at the cozy Village Club of Western Springs on Saturday September 26, 2009, to share food and libations and compete in six rounds of Trivia Questions. Facilitated and tallied by Trivia Master, Kevin Brownell, putting the group to the test with topics ranging from Sports, Music, Movies, and Pop Culture. In the process they raised $5,000 to benefit the 1,500 people with developmental disabilities whom CARC supports.

 Led by President, Marc Ippolito, the JR Board of CARC puts together two highly successful and incredibly fun fundraising events each year. The second annual Trivia Night generated $1,000 more than the first due to great raffle and silent auction prizes that included sports tickets, hotel packages, and an amazing Florida Golf getaway with airfare and greens fees!

CARC extends our sincere congratulations to the JR Board for yet another impressive success. We thank long-term, dedicated members: Marc Ippolito, Leah Bartelt, Kim Chamberlain, Dana Fitzgerald, Lori Nelson, and Tracey Schultz.
