Across the agency, in all areas of programming, Envision is powered by competent, caring staff members who work side-by-side with the children and adults in our programs. Reasons vary, but many professionals who choose to work with children or adults with developmental disabilities often have a direct connection to a person with special needs. For that reason, Envision's staff often exhibit tremendous loyalty and longevity. Many staff members choose to work their entire careers at the agency.

The blend of experienced staff with decades of know-how and new staff who add enthusiasm and fresh perspectives creates a supportive, affirming environment at every program site.
